How was your year?
YWCA students learned the difference between healthy and unhealthy habits. Some of the interesting projects we did this year include; a health food restaurant and a smoothie stand. Students also learned about self image and how it is not determined by what they see on TV but by whom they are. Our end of the year project was called Spring into Fitness, a day of fun with physical activities and healthy food stations.
